Man On A Ledge

Hey!

Today I saw Man On A Ledge.

My brother went to see it when came out and said it was pretty good. At first I didn't believe in him because I didn't think Phone Booth was that great and I heard people saying this was under the same topic so I was a little skeptical about it.
But today my brother was watching it again and asked me if I wanted to keep him company and watch this film.
Well, my opinion says is better than Photo Booth with Colin Farrel, at least is more entertaining and not so "dramatic".

I think this trailer says too much but watch the entire film anyway.

I never thought I would see Sam Worthington and Jamie Bell as brothers but they're cool. Jamie Bell is so funny. I'm a fan of him since Jumper, because he's the coolest. And kind of cute. Oh, and is british.

Cara Lynn Shultz - Spellcaster

Hello!

Finally a new my-way-book-review. You know I don't say too much, in fact I try to not say anything because I don't like spoilers.
This not-really-a-book-review will feature Spellcaster written by Cara Lynn Shultz.

Findin your eternal soulmate - easy.
Stopping a true-love-hungry evil - not so much...

After breaking a centuries-old romantic curse, Emma Connor is (almost) glad to get back to normal problems. Although... It's not not easy dealing with jealous cliques and gossip that rule her exclusive Upper East Side prep, even for a sixteen-year-old newbie witch. Having the most-wanted boy in school as her eternal soul mate sure helps ease the pain - especially since wealthy, rocker-hot Breandan Salinger is very good staying irresistibly close...

But something dark and hungry is using Emma and Breandan's deepest fears to reveal damaging secrests and destroy their trust in each other. And Emma's crash course in uber-spells may not be enough to keep them safe... or stop an inhumam force bent on making their unsuspected power its own.

Mia Rose - Friends In Love (Music Video)

Hey!

I don't like to post two (almost three) songs on a roll but today as an exception I'm gonna do it, sorry about that in advance.
Anyway, Mia Rose posted on her Youtube account the music video for Friends In Love.

And a fan you know I am, my opinion about the video is not the most positive, I mean is better than Let Go (and I don't want to be mean) but the video is cute and romantic and all that but I don't know something's missing... Maybe is just me who thinks that. Tell me if you agree with me in the comments I'd love to know if I'm the only one who thinks this.

Moving on, she looks pretty in almost every scene as she used us to and oh, even though this version of the song is little different I like both. The acoustic on her backyard and the studio.

Some Stuff #19

Jonathan Rhys Meyers is definitely the only man alive who can wear a blazer with sweatpants and trainers and still look absolutely stylish.

Chase Crawford - The Beauty Book

Hi!

I'm sorry for not posting anything yesterday but Blogger didn't let me sign in. It's been messed up lately.

So, today I found this on Youtube while trying its new features.

I hope you don't mind and understand I don't have anything else to say ^^

Fiat 500 By Gucci

Heya!

If I wanted to I could've already started taking my drivers' license, but since my birthday is in 5 months I decided I have much time and wait just 3 months and then, yes, start with the lessons.
As I wrote here somewhere I want a Fiat 500, it's no secret. The car is super, super, super cute and not big which is always something I'm looking to.
So, a few months ago Fiat presented the new 500 by Gucci. Let me say that is way, way prettier live than on images on magazines or on Youtube.

Did you notice the sit belt? Adorable!
On this month's Vogue says it's "the most perfect car to go shopping". Well, I don't know if is just perfect to "shop". I think is perfect for everything. In every way. I mean, there isn't one imperfection. Nothing! Oh God, I want it SO bad!

Calzedonia - "We Hope It's A Girl"

Heya!

I don't know if this Calzedonia commercial aires on all continents but if it doesn't it's a shame...

Adorable!

If you haven't watched it and clicked on play and are a girl, I'm pretty sure you thought "wow! it's good to be a girl..."
Well, I thought. For 47 seconds I thought is good and someway special to be a girl. It's tough, though, I'm sure they forgot to put that on the ad but yes, it's good. We do things boys don't do. Good, bad or otherwise.

The song couldn't be better -> Billy Joel - She's Always A Woman.

The Three Musketeers 2011

Hello!

Today I killed my excitement and saw The Three Musketeers with Logan Lerman, Orlando Bloom, Mila Jovovich and Christhoph Waltz.

Like it was said on a previous post and above I wanted to see this although I was a bit hesitant because of the others films about the 3 musketeers. There are quite a few and they aren't that great actually.
But Logan Lerman was D'Artagnan so that was a fact I couldn't forget.

If you're like me and saw the Spanish/Japanese cartoons - Dogtanian and The Three Muskehounds - when you were a kid I'm sure you'll have the same opinion: it all happens so fast. I know it's normal and the cartoons are totally different but the story is the same.

Oh, and I like when Logan wears a almost "normal" leather jacket most of the film when the others wear period costumes haha

Anyways, I think the end was made for the existence of a sequel... Well, bring it on. I enjoyed it. I thought it'd be a lame-3D-upgrade version but there are funny quotes, action parts, sword fights obviously and romance has a statement part as well.
If I had to gave it a number from 1 to 10, I'd probably give it a 7. (But who am I? I'm not a critical journalist or anything like it.)

Wasn't a waste of time...

Logan Lerman - Teen Vogue

Hey!

On this November Teen Vogue issue is a - I don't know if you can call it a editorial - photoshoot that features Logan Lerman and Laura Love.
Yes, I saw the Gamer, read all Percy Jackson books and saw the first movie with him. And I want to see The Three Musketeers. Oh, and yes again, I think he's cute.

Now, back to the photoshoot. I can't pick my favourite. I don't know what it is but both look adorable in each image.

Do you understand what I was talking about? I don't have anything against her, but he looks great!

There's a Behind The Scenes video where we can see how everything was made, as Teen Vogue accustomed us.

Totally buying this month's Teen Vogue.

Mia Rose - Beautiful Plan

Hey!

Continuing picking Mia Rose as subject I tried to choose my favourite song from Friday's concert but I ended up calling my friends for help, obviously it turned to be even harder so we decided to choose randomly which surprisingly won Beautiful Plan.

Like she said, was the first time she played the song live.
With my non-professional opinion I say she did great.

Week Of Youth + Mia Rose

Hi!

It's pretty late but after all it's Friday, right? So I have an excuse.
So where I live they relebrate a Week Of Youth. It's like a mini-festival where two bands play per day on the street and it's free-entry which is always good and obviously it's at night. Therefore it has nothing to be bad.
One of today's artist was...

...The one and only, the lovely Mia Rose!
She is denefetely, without a doubt the most beautiful girl I've ever seen (and super skinny too).
She gave me several "winks" and pointed and me during the concert because I was front row right in front of her singing my lungs out on every song (guess I need a life, right?). Then when she finished her setlist we got to talk to her and she was sweet enough to sign authographs to everybody who wanted and take pictures and even talk a bit (but the staff were a tiny rude). Oh and I recceived two kisses ahah her lipstick was on my cheeks.
She was a little sick (she warned us and apologized herself for it) but she sings amazingly!! I'm serious if you get a chance to see her live please go, you won't regret, I can promise you that. And she is a great entertainer as well so fun is guarateed.
Me and my friends were absolutely the craziest people there so was pretty easy to see us and think "wow, crazy people over there, can someone call the police or something?" I'm serious.

Well, it wasn't the first ime I had seen her playing life, but I don't know why this one was my favourite so far.

So Mia Rose equals a memorable night.

The second band was a national band and we (once again) made the show. The vocalist dedicated the entire setlist to us!! WAS SO MUCH FUN!
We clapped very, very loud. Also at the end we met the band and the front man signed some authographs.

Some days ago my friend told me "I need a concert. I need the energy and the atmosphere." I told her I was feeling the exact same thing, when this opportunity came I knew it was worth it but never thought of having such a great time.

I'm super happy even though my throat is not and my voice thinks it's cool being husky but was a great idea for an event. Next year I'm there.

Hart Of Dixie

Heya!

Just today. But I did it. I saw The Hard of Dixie.

With the lovely Rachel Bilson.
I must say I'm rather happy with her returned to the CW after the OC. She's super cute and has such a sense of style...

Well, back to the show.
Again, they showed pretty much all the first episode on their previews. I know I love to see these little videos before the show starts or an episode but then when the actual-full video airs it's kind of disappointing...

Anyway, I liked it. I thought it was fun and I think it won't be so much complicated or dramatic as Gossip Girl and 90210. But we'll see...

Gossip Girl Season 5

Hey!

Today I saw yesterday's episode of Gossip Girl. The first of season 5.

I was expecting something more wow, if you know what I mean... It was fun but not very amusing...

Nate is cute, as usual.
Is just me or Chuck is cutter with his new cool-motorcyclist-boy look?! I'm linking his new vibe.

I honestly hope they or Serena to be more precise don't spend too much time in L.A. because 90210 is in Los Angeles, Gossip Girl is in New York. It was, it is and has to be forever. That's one of my requests. Another request I may ask if it's not much, put Serena and Nate back together asap!

And that's it.

Abduction

Hello!

Today I saw one of the most expected movies of the year by one of my friends and I'm sure pretty much all girls in general - Abduction - with the one and only Taylor Lautner.

So, the pretty smiles Mr. Lautner is the main character in this action-thriller film. He's a normal teen who discovers was adopted but when he tries to confront the parents some people get into the house and kill his parents. As the movie runs he and the lovely girlfriend - Lilly Collins - stick together trying not be caught by those who killed his parents meanwhile he tries to discover who and where the biological father is.

I don't know if you understood everything but I don't want to give away much and the film by itself is complicated.

I think Taylor didn't had to work very hard for turning into Nathan Prince, I mean he had already the training and the abs and I'm not sure but the motorcycle license I think he had that one too, so... He just had to be brave and sensitive the rest he had already. But I'm not complaining. At all.

I liked it. Was fun.
And yes, he's cute. He is cute during the 106 minutes.

Springfield Cosmetics

Heya!

Springfield is about to release this month their first cosmetic collection.
I don't know where on when it will hit stores because when I was searching online there was so many opinions and dates that I don't know certainly so if you are interested just go to a store a ask for some info, that's what I'm gonna do.

I don't know about you but I loved the packaging.
The first picture has that little box I don't know if all the products come inside but if they come tell me how cute is that?!

I'll definitely check everything out!

Definitely, Maybe

Hey!

Today I saw Definitely, Maybe.

It's the cutest dad-daughter relation ever! I'd love to have a dad a little bit more like Ryan Reynolds' character.

The idea is adorable - the little kid who wants to know everything but not much knows and at her age everything is funny. One of the best parts is when she asks what a "threesome" is and then answers "whatever". ADORABLE.
I laughed really hard at some parts, jsyk.

But in my opinion "April" should be the mother. They are so similar, like when they talk and the hair...

Oh well, loved it!
Go watch it if you haven't.

Footloose

Hey!

Yesterday, I watched, again, Footloose.

In 1984, Kevin Bacon was so cute, he was so thin, I love his hair in this movie. Nowadays, he's, what, 55? Maybe.
Musicals aren't my favourite kind of films but Footloose has something that makes me watch it until the end when it's on tv or something like that.
I don't know what else to say. The storyline is quite simple, a boy from Chicago goes to a small town somewhere on the south and tries to break the law that prohibits teenagers to dance and have fun. Basically that's it.

They are making a remake, right? I think I read it somewhere... I don't know who's going to be the main characters, but I hope whoever will make Kevin's character have the same or similar style and look he had.

Lori Singer and Kevin Bacon.

(FYI: Last night I finished I Am Number 4. LOVED IT! Took 2 days - yey!)
