Neil Sedaka - Oh, Carol

Hey!

I think of myself as a rock listener.
Even though I love Frank Sinatra with all my heart.
I think that happens because he's a legend. He had an out-of-this-world type of voice. As I like to say "if you like music you have to love Frank."
But Sinatra isn't the only famous singer from the 60's that his songs remain intact nowadays.

Neil Sedaka - Oh, Carol

It's catchy as hell. I'm sure it will stay in your head the rest of the day. Or even week.

Dean Martin & John Wayne & Ricky Nelson

Hi!

I already expressed my admiration for James Dean, Frank Sinatra, Fred Astaire, Elizabeth Taylor and so many more. They were all so talented.
But today I'll talk about somebody else but not less talented - Dean Martin. He is one of the greatest actors/singers ever. I don't think anyone could say the opposite.

I found this video with a scene from the famous Rio Bravo where Dean Martin or as some people like to call him The King Of Cool, John Wayne and Ricky Nelson do a sing-a-long to My Rifle Pony And Me that is definitely... I don't have words... It's brilliant!
The only bad thing is the length... Too short. I could listen to this for hours.

Here you can see 3 wonderful artists doing what they were born to do.

The Best Is Yet To Come

Hello!

Like any other person, I love music. Music is a big part of my life.
I'm always listening to music, whether I'm happy, sad, in any mood my iTunes is always on. And obviously everybody has a favourite song for each mood so do I.
Last night I was upset and melancholy, well not much happy, and from nowhere I started singing this:

Out of the tree of life, I just picked me a plum
You came along and everything started to hum
Still it's a real good bet, the best is yet to come

The best is yet to come, and babe won't that be fine
You think you've seen the sun, but you ain't seen it shine

I Wait 'till the warm-up is underway
Wait 'till our lips have met
Wait 'till you see that sunshine day
You ain't seen nothing yet

The best is yet to come, and babe won't it be fine
The best is yet to come, come the day that you're mine

Come the day that your mine
I'm gonna teach you to fly
We've only tasted the wine
We're gonna drain that cup dry

Wait 'till your charms are right, for these arms to surround
You think you've flown before, but baby you ain't left ground

I Wait 'till you're locked in my embrace
Wait 'till I draw you near
Wait 'till you see that sunshine place
Ain't nothin' like it here

The best is yet to come, and babe won't it be fine
The best is yet to come, come the day you're mine

Come the day you're mine
And you're gonna be mine.

Frank Sinatra - The Best Is Yet To Come.

I love Frank Sinatra! I love how He sang, you can understand each word. This lyrics are almost like a poem, don't you think? I love it!

The Awesomest Season Of The Year

Hello!

Today is December 23th so it's almost Christmas eve, and tomorrow I don't think I will be able to write here, that's why I'm writing now.

I just wanted to wish a happy, warmth and cheerful Christmas to everybody in this world, with your family or friends or even both I hope you enjoy this night, after all it only happens once a year. ;-)

I love this time of the year, I think is the best holiday.
You can listen the songs, OH! I love the Christmas songs, I love hearing Sinatra singing Let It Snow, The Christmas Song or even Jingle Bells. (What am I saying?! I love all Sinatra's songs! Who doesn't right?!).
You walk on the street and the cold freezes your bones and everybody hates, yeah, but if Christmas wasn't like that, it wasn't really, truly Christmas
The streets are decorated with Christmas ornaments, everywhere you look you see a different colour, a light can totally make you smile and feel heated. That's why I love this time so much. Everything changes!
Any place you go is full of people, parents, grandparents, children, buying their presents, it's the time you see family or friends that you haven't seen for a while and catch up.
It's awesome!
ahah!

When I start talking about something I deeply like I never stop.

So to finish this up

MERRY CHRISTMAS!
