Brave (2012)

Hey!

Last week or the week before, I can't remember, I watched Pixar's Brave.

First of all, the accent. I'm the type of girl that even though can't make a single one likes a good accent and the fact Pixar decided to make an entire film which the characters have scottish accent is just priceless.

When I saw the trailer on Apple's website I thought this was going to be about a girl who didn't want to follow the sterotype of the average older princess and become the queen but meanwhile being a total badass and enter a certain adventure between eveything, I don't know what I was expecting, but not her mother becoming a bear and the whole film is about Princess Merida understanding her mother and the opposite. I think I just wanted more bow-and-arrow action.

Despire eveything I just wrote it is a great animation film. Once again, Pixar surprise us with their quality.

In case you missed it, which I doutd, here's the trailer.

Monsters University

Hey!

I was so, so, SO happy when I saw this trailer on my list of subscriptions on Youtube.

Do you believe it's been 12 years since the first film?
I feel old. Time really does fly.
I, as pretty much everybody who saw the film, loved it from the beginning until the end. I think it's one of the best Disney-Pixar films ever made.

I understand some people are concerned about this prequel because Cars 2 wasn't as good as the first in the series, I liked it, still prefer the first but I enjoy watching it. But I believe this will be amazing.

I read some comments saying they wanted them do The Incredibles 2. Well, I've been waiting for it since I watched the 1st.

John Carter From Mars (2012)

Last week I saw Disney's John Carter.

With Taylor Kitsch playing the lead role.
I remember watching X-Men Origins: Wolverine and loving Gambit. Who on earth doesn't love that character? But now, after seeing him as John Carter made me I like him even more.
I thought this was going to be so bad. From what I had heard the storyline wasn't that strong and captivating but I thought that I had to watch it. Because proudly I've watch the majority films with super-heros based on comic books so I wasn't going to miss this one now.
And thanks God I didn't. The film is so good. My expectations were all wrong and maybe that's why I liked so much because as I said I thought this was going to suck.

If you haven't watch it, please, find a way, a watch.
There's some funny parts.
And the little dog that isn't a dog at all e the sweetest thing ever.

I read online they were planning a sequel but the box office wasn't as high as they were expecting so the idea is on hold. Unfortunately. Because I would see it. Definitely.

20 Years Of Disney Store

Hello!

The first Disney store was built 20 years ago.
I'm a Youtube subscriber and they published a 4 minute video to celebrate these two decades with some greatest-Disney-moments that I couldn't not post.

I loved how they mixed some different languages and the end is lovely.

You had never have a friend like me.

Tangled Ever After

Heya!

Did you see Tangled?
Did you enjoy it?
Hope you did because I did and a short film has been made with the marriage of Rapunzel with Flynn Ryder or if you prefer Eugene Fitzgerald.
If you went or (depending on where you live) are going to see the Beauty And The Beast in 3D, you'll see this short film before the actual film starts. I am a subscriber of Disney Movies on Youtube and there are two teasers.

My Top 10: Disney Songs

Heya!

Today I was searching around Youtube when I found a video with a top 10 Disney songs someone made. I honestly didn't agree with some of his/hers choices so I thought why not make my own list.
Worst idea ever. It's so difficult!
When I was making my list I didn't remember any song... Not a good end result if you don't remember the most part of them, right?
Anyway I did this for fun and had fun doing it so here it is My Top 10 Disney Songs:

10. The Little Mermaid - Under The Sea

Disney's Aladdin

Hi!

I bought Aladdin in DVD today. Disney's version.

This one above is just like the one I have but mine has that golden cover that says "Classics". I hope you know what I'm talking.
I was looking for this movie for so long. I bought Hercules one year ago and at that time I already wanted Aladdin so as you can see for quite sometime.

I was super happy when I was paying the film. I'm sure that if anybody was looking at me they thought I was crazy. I know I sound like a little kid, but c'mon it's a classic. You never hate or make fun of a classic. Principally a Disney Classic ;)

Anyway, I love from the bottom of my heart Hercules. I've wrote here... God knows how may times but Aladdin is amazing as well. These two are my favourite Disney movies.

I could not finish this post without the trailer. Here it is:

Phineas and Ferb - 'Animatin' Rap

Hello!

I discovered this video today.
It's a rap made by Dan Povenmire and Jeff 'Swampy' who are the animators of Phineas And Ferb.

I hope I'm not the only one who thinks this is hilarious...

Disney's Hercules

Hi!

Almost a year ago, when I started this blog I wrote right at the first posts that I'm a sucker for Disney's Hercules and because of that I always wanted to go to Greece.

Well, tomorrow I got my first official test of this school year which is Geography and when I made a break from studying after 2 hours of my head being stuck on my books, I ate something and watched Hercules.

The perfect choice of words - A Walt Disney Masterpiece - for sure!
I have the DVD, the one that's gold and says "classical edition" so my cover, unfortunately, isn't this one.

Like I was saying, I made a break and made play on Hercules.
Let me just say I haven't seen the film for quite sometime.

Now, first of all, I want a Hercules on my life for real! He's got everything - the courage, the humor, the looks and the sentimental part as well. He's the all packaging!

I don't know how Disney can do this but on every movie, I'm sure, everybody ends up liking it. It has always something romantic that make girls sigh (like I did) and the boys either they admit it or not there's always a character or some kind of detail that they enjoy. If I'm wrong tell me in the comments, right now.

So I'm not that kind of girl that her favourite Disney movie is The Beauty And The Beast, The Little Mermaid or the Sleeping Beauty. As I said on the other post and is understandable from above mine is Hercules (again, for the thousandth time) and Aladdin
When friends or family ask me my favourite Disney Princess I say Jasmine, although at the bottom of my heart I don't have one.
On Hercules there isn't any princess, there's Meg, sure, and she's cool but not a princess. So I say Jasmine. On my point of view she's not like the others and also Aladdin isn't like any other prince. I like the storyline there. And the songs! Oh the songs!! Hercules and Aladdin have the best songs ever! I'm always singing them around the house or at school basically everywhere.

Did you notice I started writing about Hercules and my break from studying and ended up on Aladdin? Great!

Which Disney movie is your favourite?

A Cinderella Story: Once Upon A Song

Hey!

I watched it only because I had seen the other posterior 2.

The first movie came out in 2004 and featured Hilary Duff, obviously I watched it. Back then I already was a fan of hers.
The second came out in 2008 with Selena Gomez. This one was not on purpose. Was airing on tv and I watched it.
Now, the third with Lucy Hale I watched by my own will because I thought "why not see this one as well?!".

Well, my favourite has to be the first.
I explain why, because this one seems like was made in a rush. The classic-based-story seems to pass it by running. And since when was a boy as a brother? But ok I accept that change. and this sister was not bad in the worst side of the word! I'm just saying that they change what doesn't needed to be changed.

And the second was in my opinion better than the third. Because the characters seem a little more possible to exist in real life.

But ok, was a fun. I can tell it was fun.

Which one is your favourite?

Tangled

Hi!

Don't know why, but Blogger deleted my last two posts, so I'm trying to rewrite them exactly the same way, although I can't remember what I wrote :S

I'm so lame... I watched this movie only today...

I think that you're never too old to watch a Disney's princess movie and this one is so adorable and different from the others, it's not "deep, deep romantic" and the fact that the "prince" is not a prince at all turns it into something funny.
I really liked it.
